This decision is due to the rising costs of energy and commodities, as well as the need to prepare for the new “Accommodation Tax,” which is scheduled to be introduced by the Hokkaido Government in April 2026.
While this was a difficult decision to make, we will be revising our rates to ensure we can continue to provide the comfortable space and high-quality service you expect.
